Our first major infrastructure project begins with the purchase of 35 Bridge Street, in Prince Edward County. We’re turning a neglected waterfront property into Tenacity’s community innovation headquarters. With a focus on health, relaxation, and kinship, we aspire to build PEC Harbour into a year round hub for all things community; from community events, to space for work and innovation, to top class leisure activities and amenities. 

Nearing completion of Phase 1 of our marina development, we’ve worked with the world-class Poralu Marine Inc. to design, build, and install a dynamic boardwalk space for innovation and community connection. This project is a real, tangible new standard for investing in community infrastructure in rural Canada. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to build through our planned phases.

With the completion of the first phase of our marina build, we are now accepting reservations. Our current 72 berths have access to fuel, pumpout service, showers/restrooms, parking and friendly service. A short walk takes you to our County’s best dining and shopping.
