THE CENTRE OF THE COUNTY
Starting with our marina project in Prince Edward County, we seek to engage in infrastructure projects that strive to create a generative new context for rural communities.
These spaces will be centres of dynamic, thoroughly modern rural landscapes of innovation. They will provide a sense of place, grounded in the immediacy of now, while fostering hopes, dreams, and plans for the future.
Our first major infrastructure project starts with the purchase of 35 Bridge Street, turning a neglected waterfront property into Tenacity’s innovation headquarters.
With a focus on health, relaxation, and kinship, we aspire to build PEC Harbour into a year round hub for all things community, from community events, to space for work and innovation, to top class leisure activities and amenities.
We’re working with the world-class Canadian firm Poralu Marine Inc. to design, build, and install a dynamic space for innovation and community connection. This project is a real, tangible new standard for investing in community infrastructure in rural Canada.
