Our first major infrastructure project at 35 Bridge is the PEC Marina.

Our new marina was designed, built and installed right here in Canada by the world-class Poralu Marine Inc.

Ever focused on sound environmental practices, our aluminum based boardwalk system and eco-friendly walking surfaces are the most advanced on the market.

Along with 550 feet of boardwalk, we have installed a 68 berth docking system which accommodates vessels as large as 90 feet in length.

Launching Spring 2022, incoming boaters will enjoy our hospitality, strong internet service, and clean shower facilities as we continue to upgrade our other customer amenities.
